In the resort there are currently 10 spacious bungalows all with a very large terasse and big beds open air shower + wc. There is also one large double bingalow with a 30sqm. terasse.
Approximately 60 feet away from the bungalows you'd meet the water,but not quite. First there's a 60-90 feet wide and half a mile long stretch of clean white beach.
in the restaurant you'll get the finest Thai cuisine - prepared by the master-chefs, Ms. Mu and Mr. Kron Thep. The baracuda you caught with your own hands during the day you can eat in the evening, cooked to your taste.
The best time to travel to this area is between December and June. Since this is the region with the most precipitation in Thailand, it is not recommended to come here in summer. One can't reliably predict the arrival and departure of the south-west monsoon Our climate changes hit Asia as well.

from Bangkok by plane, ...airasia.com non-stop to Ranong, every Day Flight time: 60 minutes By aircon bus several times a day, comfortably by vip night-bus to Ranong in about 9 hrs. From Ranong daily at 2pm by Ferryl-boat to Koh Payam and Koh Chang. The trip takes about 2 hrs. Make sure to tell the longtail-boat crew that you want to go to the Payam resort then they'll drop you off on the beach. Parasols are available but don't forget to bring water!
